Rani, for print files, you don't care about reducing file size. Big, huge files are fine. But if you really have to reduce the file size for some reason, you can export the files as jpegs at 300 dpi, which flattens the elements into one file that includes both images and text (be sure to export with the bleed). Then, recreate the Adobe file with those images. You'll just insert one image into each page of the pdf. Export as usual, and the resulting pdf will be smaller. How much smaller depends on how many individual elements you had in the original file.

I am finding your Blog to be very helpful. Do you recommend KDP, Ingram Sparks, or Lulu over the others or do you utilize all three? Thank you.

Thank you, Darcy! When you export with Adobe, does it also compress the files to reduce the file size without loss of quality as well. I would like some suggestions on free and paid pdf file compressors.
