This is great information! I’m so glad that I subscribed. You have so many wonderful books too. Can you share the name of the offset printer you used just in case we decide to use offset at some point without having to go overseas? Thanks for the info.

Hey! I can’t share that publicly, sorry. Each time I do an offset, I get new bids from several places, and don’t use the same one each time. Paper costs and availability, supply chain, and the book’s specifications can make big differences in prices. Still, offset is an option to keep in mind!

Can you please share how you determine if an offset printer is legitimate and not a scammer? It's sometimes hard to tell with so many options out there. Thank you.

I would ask for samples of books they’ve printed.

Oh, ok. So much to learn. Thanks.

I’ve not done that, but I think it would be relatively easy. Set up on FBA completely, then switch over, turn off the books on KDP and let the existing orders get fulfilled. Should be smooth. But again—I’ve not done that.

Thanks for the info! I have a question though: how difficult is it to move from PoD on Amazon to FBA (if I want to print offset and ship to Amazon fulfillment centers at later stage when I have proved the book works)

Thank you so much for your willingness to share your expertise. As a first-time children's author, the printing process is very complex. Your words are very helpful!
